Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an associate’s or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required). Local anesthesia certification (required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Minimum 1 year of prior dental hygiene experience preferred. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for patient care and maintenance. Clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable disability performance. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year. TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement for dental office roles) to be completed before starting. Not applicable in FL & TN.
