What You ll Do

• Manage outpatient care for patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support staff
• Support patients across all ages through assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to document patient visits and treatment plans
• Assist in patient education, medication administration, and supportive therapies
• Play a key role in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient follow-up care

What You Need
Required:

• Minnesota RN license and current board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hematology/oncology or related field
• Ability to support outpatient oncology services and inpatient collaboration

Preferred:

• Experience working with EPIC EMR
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent patient management capabilities
