Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Grand Counseling Center, Ltd., you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving patient outcomes:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

  • Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing—to provide effective psychotherapy tailored to individual patient circumstances.

  • Documenting treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate and timely clinical records for all patients.

  • Engaging in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to ensure all aspects of a patient’s treatment are addressed.

  • Regularly participating in peer reviews and case consultations to continually enhance the quality of care provided and integrate new findings into clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
