Physical Therapist, OP Rehab Montvale, Per Diem, Day Position summary: To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. To collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team. To supervise the work of support staff. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients. Education Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Schedule Hours as needed with shifts as follows: Monday–Thursday alternating 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 11:00 AM–7:30 PM; Fridays alternating weekly 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; Seasonal Saturdays. Experience No previous experience required. Skills Current and valid New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist. Current BLS Certification. Keyboard skills; ability to perform work accurately and with attention to detail. Effective critical thinking and analytical skills. Strong time management to set priorities and perform responsibilities. Effective communication with health-system staff, patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members. Ability to function competently in a changing work environment related to patient needs.
