Position Title: Federal Government Contract Coordinator - NASA SEWP / GWACPosition OverviewGolden Star Technology (GST) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Federal Government Contract Coordinator - NASA SEWP / GWAC to support and manage daily operations of our NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle. This role serves as the central point of coordination for SEWP/ GWAC-related opportunities, ensuring that quote requests are processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations.The ideal candidate combines government contracting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and inside sales experience. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and support the sales team in winning business through the SEWP contract vehicle.Primary ResponsibilitiesSEWP Contract AdministrationServe as the internal owner of GST's NASA SEWP VI contractReview incoming RFQs and determine required actionsMonitor SEWP portals and contract communicationsEnsure compliance with NASA SEWP ordering requirementsMaintain contract documentationCoordinate modifications and administrative updatesStay current on SEWP policies and proceduresQuote ManagementReview customer's RFQs for completenessCoordinate pricing with manufacturers and distributorsRequest vendor quotes and validate accuracyPrepare customer's quotationsVerify product availability and lead timesReview margins and pricing before submissionEnsure quotes meet customer deadlinesSales SupportPartner with Federal Account ExecutivesAssist with product selectionCoordinate engineering resources when requiredPrepare proposal documentationTrack quote statusFollow up with vendors on outstanding pricingAssist with order processing after awardCross-Functional CoordinationProcurementEngineeringContractsFinanceSalesVendor partnersDistribution partnersReportingMaintain reporting including:Quote pipelineWin/loss statisticsResponse timesVendor performanceSEWP sales activityContract utilization metricsQualifications Required:3+ years of inside sales, federal government contracts, procurement, and proposal experienceStrong organizational skillsExcellent written communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyClose attention to detailStrong Microsoft Excel and Office skillsExperience working with OEMs and distributorsCustomer service mindsetPreferred:Experience with NASA SEWP / GWACFederal Government contracting experienceGovernment PurchasingGSA Schedule experiencePublic sector IT salesCRM experience (Salesforce preferred)ERP experienceKnowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, or AV solutionsSuccess MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured by:RFQs responded to on timeQuote accuracyWin rate improvementQuote turnaround timeCustomer satisfactionVendor responsivenessSEWP contract complianceSales support effectivenessCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) planPaid vacationAdditional company perksAbout GSTGolden Star Technology Inc.
