Order Selector

We have a current opening for an Order Selector and are actively reviewing applications. Main Responsibilities: Accurately select product as stated on the pick/customer list. Ensure proper quality standards, including labels and accurate selection. Set up the line for selection, retrieving items as needed. Work as a team and rotate through different positions. Work overtime as needed. Perform all duties in accordance with company SOPPs, SSOPs, and guidelines listed in the company handbook. Work safely and efficiently. Responsible for line sanitation and cleanup at the end of shift. Ensure all packaging is filled properly and neatly to meet customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills. Perform other duties as assigned. Uphold and maintain food safety and quality systems. About You: Education or Experience Understanding of basic arithmetic; reading level to understand instructions, policies, and procedures. Physical Lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing for extended periods, frequently repeated manual tasks. Ability to work in cold environment (45 degrees). Computer Skills Basic computer entry for inventory control purposes. Compensation Data The base hourly rate for this position is $17.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
