The Recruiting Operations Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team by helping create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruiting operations, interview coordination, recruiting systems, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategy. It's an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site. In This Role Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Communicate interview logistics and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process Support the candidate experience by ensuring timely and professional communication Maintain candidate records and job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) Assist with recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and recruiting operations Support the offer process, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment activities Help plan and support recruiting events, career fairs, and internship programs Assist with the administration of the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and supporting employee communications Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on special projects and process improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable learning new technology and working with Microsoft Office About Four Hands Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor - pieces that are all about creating space.
