How You'll Make An Impact Lead and oversee all aspects of client service delivery for assigned Health & Wellness accounts Partner with Producers to develop and execute client strategies and service plans Serve as the senior day-to-day contact for clients; build and maintain strong, consultative relationships Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, enhancing client outcomes through strategic and consultative service delivery Coordinate cross‑functional resources (analytics, compliance, pharmacy, wellness, carriers, vendors) to deliver integrated solutions Oversee renewal, implementation, and ongoing plan management activities Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables, including reports, communications, and compliance requirements Identify client needs and recommend solutions to improve program effectiveness and outcomes Proactively manage service issues, risks, and escalations to resolution Support business development efforts, including client retention and identification of growth opportunities Champion branch initiatives, operational priorities, and best practices Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performance team environment About You Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry 5+ years of experience in a Client Service position Strong knowledge of Health & Wellness plans, funding arrangements, and compliance Demonstrated leadership or team oversight experience Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem‑solving skills Life & Health insurance license required Compensation And Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
