CPAP Resupply Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting patients throughout their resupply journey, the full-time CPAP Resupply Specialist will coordinate CPAP supply needs, resolve service issues, and ensure a seamless experience remotely while serving as a subject matter expert. Key responsibilities Manage resupply needs for patients, including order coordination and issue resolution with the outsourced partner Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone interactions, addressing escalations and inquiries promptly Assist in streamlining processes and implementing departmental changes to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a call center Strong product knowledge in DME or CPAP supplies, with a commitment to client care Ability to work standard business hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone
