Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Demonstrated experience in a school environment, ideally serving both elementary and K-12 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working well with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Up-to-date knowledge of IEP processes and ability to write and implement effective therapy plans
• Genuine desire to help children achieve developmental and academic milestones

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, individually and in groups, addressing a range of sensory, motor, and adaptive needs
• Assess students' abilities and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to their unique strengths and areas for growth
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated support
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress using clear and organized records
• Contribute to a positive school culture by sharing expertise, resources, and training with colleagues when necessary
