Graphic Designer

Dynamic, growing beauty company seeking a highly driven, creative and hands‑on Graphic Designer in a fast‑paced, startup environment. This is a key role within the organization, and the individual will be involved with design tasks from conception to completion. An excellent opportunity to gain strong exposure in propelling the growth of a high potential brand. Primary Responsibilities Work within brand standards to design emails, social media content, video ads, and more. Work closely with cross functional teams to ideate, execute and optimize best‑in‑class creative. Ability to be resourceful; create new and exciting content with existing imagery and assets. Participate in Creative briefings and design discussions to understand and plan deliverables. Responsible for prioritizing work to meet deadlines and respond to critical business shifts. Follow and uphold best practices for brand and email guidelines, ensuring projects adhere to specifications and standards. Experience working with CPG, Luxury Beauty, Cosmetics desired. Ability to edit video for ads, blogs, and website a bonus. Able to receive feedback and follow art direction. Experience / Abilities 2-3 years of related experience with strong design/creative background. Digital experience a must. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field. Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and other related design programs. Knowledge of all social media platforms, best practices, and latest trends. Discerning eye for typography, photo editing, cropping, and compositing. Proficient user of social media platforms. Retail creative marketing or agency experience preferred. Efficient time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Bonus Skills: Packaging design, product photography, and comfortability creating and integrating AI generated imagery. Portfolio must be attached to be considered for this role. Hours This position is full‑time, hybrid role, Monday through Friday, in office Tues/Wed/Thurs. No travel required in this role.
