Position Requirements

• Endocrinologist - MD or DO - both outpatient and inpatient care

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Possession or ability to obtain a Florida Medical License is essential

• On-call coverage is 1:4

• Office Location:

  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

  • Patient age range: 18 and older

• Hospital Location:

  • Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital

  • 3000 Wiregrass Ranch Blvd., Wesley Chapel, FL 33543

• Spanish language proficiency is preferred

Work Experience

• Manage a patient panel ranging from young adults to geriatric patients.

• Average patient load is 20-23 per day, utilizing the efficiency of the Epic system.

• Benefit from a dedicated clinic support team, including a medical assistant for each provider, front office staff, and supervisory support.

• Collaborate in a collegial environment with fellow physicians, including primary care providers and specialists.

• Inpatient support is available through our team of Hospital Medicine physicians.
