Staff RN - Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) & Med Surg Oncology

Nursing Position

This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities and duties include assessment/diagnosis, outcomes identification/planning, implementation/evaluation, leadership, and operations. As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties. Minimum qualifications include an associate's degree, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, and RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing.

Work shift is day, with scheduled weekly hours of 36 in the Oncology Unit 1.
