Work Environment

This role is purely onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will work alongside a diverse group of professionals committed to exceptional care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, comprising a 40-hour workweek. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to determine individual therapy needs and establish effective treatment protocols.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans to address a wide range of conditions, focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and contribute to optimizing the clinic's overall effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct therapy sessions at the patient's home or in the clinic, utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve their condition and functionality in alignment with care plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment regimens, expected outcomes, and strategies to support recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Meet minimum utilization goals while upholding high standards of patient care and promoting a positive practice culture.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Maintain Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective patient interactions.
• Proficient in word processing and utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients and exceed their functional goals.
• A genuine desire to connect positively with people and engage with the broader community.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to the base salary, we provide a robust benefits package which includes:
