What You’ll Do
• Help customers with their auto insurance needs
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial service needs
• Handle customer questions, policy changes, and day-to-day service needs
• Work collaboratively with our team to create an outstanding customer experience
