Direct Hire What You'll Be Doing: We're working with a client in Dover who's looking to bring on a Legal Assistant with experience in Personal Injury law. This is a full-time opportunity supporting attorneys with case prep, document handling, and client communication in a busy legal environment. Dover, NH | $23-$26/hr Direct Hire What You'll Be Doing: Preparing legal documents like motions, objections, and correspondence Assisting with discovery and organizing case files Filing paperwork in State and Federal courts (must be comfortable with e-filing systems) Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email Supporting attorneys with trial prep and hearing materials Managing and reviewing medical records for case use What They're Looking For: Experience with personal injury cases and working with claims adjusters Skilled in gathering and organizing medical evidence Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines Familiarity with court rules, discovery timelines, and trial prep Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and administrative skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and NetDocuments (a plus!)
