Overview
Join a dynamic team at Healing Cypress Massage & Wellness, where we are dedicated to promoting health and well-being through therapeutic massage. We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences to develop personalised treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring all equipment and linens are hygienic and well-kept.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of client sessions and progress, adhering to privacy regulations.
- Valid massage therapy license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Specialisation in specific massage techniques or modalities.
- Experience in a wellness or spa environment.
