About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OSP Project Manager to support a leading fiber optic network provider in a major infrastructure expansion across the Arizona market. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will manage the end-to-end construction of a new fiber network, from design through installation and final delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee contractors and field inspectors, and ensure successful execution of underground fiber builds including installation, splicing, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OSP project lifecycle: planning, design, permitting, construction, and installation
• Oversee daily underground fiber construction activities and field reporting
• Lead and manage construction managers, contractors, and OSP field inspectors
• Ensure accurate daily production tracking within GIS systems
• Coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and local agencies for permits and compliance
• Review and process contractor invoices aligned with field production
• Maintain project schedules, forecasts, and reporting metrics
• Identify risks and proactively drive solutions
• Ensure quality standards across all phases of construction

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of fiber construction, ROW, bore drilling, and potholing
• Experience working with GIS mapping tools and OSP project systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
