Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Minimum 1 year of current experience in hospital acute care, inpatient rehabilitation (IP Rehab), or skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Ability to work varied day shift hours as needed by the unit.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• DPT preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital, 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–17:00.
• Weekend requirement: One weekend per month with weekdays off to balance.
• On-call: No.
• Typical patient populations: Orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general med/surg inpatient care.
• Unit equipment: Treatment beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, exercise bikes.
• EMR: Meditech.
