Printer Technician (Print Support Specialist)

Job TitleJob Summary: This position involves driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/supplies delivery. The interview process starts virtually and continues in-person for final candidate determination. You will be responsible for checking service tickets and answering phone calls to respond to service requests and printer supply deliveries on a day-to-day basis. The role requires experience with printers and some network/IT knowledge. This position works with Ricoh printers, involving moving desktop printers, delivering toner and other consumable parts throughout an entire hospital system to include remote clinics. The job requires a lot of walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. Free parking is available.Key Requirements: Typically Requires:High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferredIT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)Technical Training & Certifications: Client CertificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent customer service skillsGood project management skills and ability to prioritize tasksStrong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company productsWorking Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands:Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levelRequires internal contact within department and with other corporate personnel, and external contact with customers, agencies, vendors, etc.Work assignments are diversifiedExamples of past precedent are used to resolve work problemsNew alternatives may be developed to resolve problemsModest physical effort is required.
