State licensure if required by law. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.ARRT Mammography (M)Registered Radiologic TechnologistProvisional Mammographer RegistrationBLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
