As a Front Desk Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment through clear communication, attention to detail, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures at a manufacturing and industrial location. Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access records. Monitor access control systems, visitor activity, and facility communications; report unusual activity and/or concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed. Support security-related procedures for deliveries, contractor check-in, and restricted-area access while maintaining a professional front-desk presence. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
