Key Responsibilities for Assembler

• Assemble small electronic and mechanical components with high precision.
• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, visual work aids, diagrams, and process documentation.
• Utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete assemblies.
• Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform rework, modification, and testing of assemblies when required.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and comply with manufacturing procedures.
• Work safely while following quality, GMP, and workplace standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with small parts or precision assembly
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications for Assembler

• Basic computer skills
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience
• SAP experience
• Medical device, electronics, or precision manufacturing experience
