Job Title Buyer Location Melbourne, Florida (On-Site) Job Summary We are supporting a high-impact procurement opportunity for an experienced professional who can manage indirect purchasing across COTS products, ET/IT hardware, and aerospace-related goods and services. This role is an excellent fit for someone who brings strong supplier management, negotiation, and ERP/procurement system experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for indirect materials and services, including requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier coordination. Issue RFQs and RFPs, evaluate supplier proposals, and support competitive bid analysis to help drive value and cost effectiveness. Procure standard COTS products, ET/IT hardware, and aerospace-related materials or services while aligning with internal specifications and requirements. Maintain accurate procurement records, resolve supplier issues, and support compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in an indirect buying capacity. Demonstrated experience procuring COTS products and IT/technology hardware. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
