Job Position: GA Pre-K Assistant Teacher (Full-Time Position).

Must have CDA, TCC, or Higher.

Looking for highly energetic, compassionate, and dedicated teachers to be a part of our AWESOME GA Pre-K Team.

Requirements:

• Must have a CDA, TCC, associate's Degree, or higher.
• MUST have the ability to read, print, and speak fluent ENGLISH.
• Dependable.
• Pleasant personality.
• Works well as part of the team.
• Willing to learn skills and adapt to the needs based on the children’s care.
• Experience with working in GA Pre-K group settings is preferable.

Skills and Training:

• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Assist Teachers with curriculum, assessment, and job responsibilities.
• Clean background check.
• Provide a safe, positive, and healthy environment for kids.

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements due to the nature of working with young children, the essential duties of this position require the ability to:

• Grasp, lift, and carry children and classroom materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach above shoulder level frequently during supervision, caregiving, and emergency response.
• Push, pull, or maneuver classroom equipment, strollers, and supplies.
• Move quickly and respond physically to protect children in emergencies, including lifting or carrying a child to safety if necessary.
• Maintain active physical engagement throughout the workday to ensure children’s safety, prevent incidents, and meet supervision standards.
