The role Job Summary This role will own the look and feel of our brand across design and video. You will concept, design and edit the content that tells our story, from campaign graphics and sales decks to social video and event reels. This is a hands‑on role for a designer who also edits video. You will partner closely with marketing and set the creative standard for the team. SoftwareOne is an AI‑forward company. Role & Responsibilities Graphic design Lead visual concepts for campaigns, product launches and events, from brief to final files Design digital and print assets: social graphics, web banners, email, infographics, presentations and one-pagers Own and evolve brand guidelines, templates and asset libraries so the wider team can stay on‑brand Video Edit short‑and long‑form video for social, web, webinars, customer stories and internal comms Handle the full post‑production workflow: cutting, motion graphics, color, sound and captions Plan and support shoots, including storyboards, shot lists and remote recordings Travel 10-20% required What we need to see from you What you offer Demonstrated experience using AI in a practical, applied way — such as improving workflows, automating tasks, enabling better decision‑making, or increasing impact in prior roles. This does not require deep technical or engineering expertise in AI; we value applied use, experimenting, and a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, in‑house or at an agency A strong portfolio showing both design and video work (required with your application) Proven experience creating content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, including platform‑specific formats and sizes Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects Hands‑on experience using AI tools in creative work, such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Descript or similar A sharp eye for typography, layout, color and storytelling Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear, engaging visuals Strong communication skills and comfort presenting and defending creative ideas Organized and self‑directed, able to juggle several projects and meet tight deadlines Bachelor’s Degree Nice to have Filming and video production skills, including camera operation, lighting and audio capture Experience in B2B technology, software or cloud marketing Motion design or 2D/3D animation skills Photography experience The preceding job profile has been designed toindicatethe general nature and level of work performed by associates within this role. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to candidates’ qualifications, experience, education, and work location.
