Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) 8540 Broadway Street, Pearland, TX 77584 Department: BT/RBT Location: Pearland Center Compensation: $17.50 - $20.50 / hour Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Why Join Apara Autism Centers? What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement treatment plans from a BCBA. Track progress & support families. Requirements High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred). Experience working with kids. Reliable transportation & driver’s license. Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
