Our customers include large office parks, homeowners associations, apartment complexes and shopping centers. As we continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Commercial Landscape Enhancement Specialist to join our team in Raleigh. Our ideal candidates are dependable, hands-on leaders who take pride in their work and are looking to grow their careers in the green industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The commercial Enhancement Specialist will work with a team to create beautiful landscape projects every day. Your main duty will be general construction tasks assigned by the supervisor or assistant operations manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Install plants, landscape lighting, and hardscape features.Grade and prepare topsoil, stone, mulch, and other landscape materials.Load and unload plants and trees.Dig and install irrigation.Install pavers, walkways, steps, retaining walls, and block walls.Work carefully on projects to provide the best quality to customers.Operate power equipment such as tractors, chainsaws, sod cutters, bobcats, etc.Operate tools including rakes, shovels, saws, axes, and shears.Other duties as assigned.

ABOUT YOU:

Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of commercial landscape enhancement, landscape installation, or landscape construction experience required.Knowledge of plant materials, mulching, and seasonal color installations.Experience operating landscaping equipment; heavy equipment experience is a plus.Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently while following directions.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Commitment to following all company safety policies and wearing required PPE.Reliable transportation to and from work.Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.Ability to walk on uneven terrain for extended periods.Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and vehicles.Moderate to loud work environment.
