Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Grand Junction CO 81501

Term: Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: 12 hrs nights shift available.

Pay rate: $1620/ weekly gross on based up to 36 hours

Requirements:

• State LPN license.
• BLS/CPR required.
• Must be vaccinated.
• Min 1-2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.
