Pay: $19-20/hr is the starting rate, depending on experience

Shift: 1st shift, 6am - 2:30pm. Must be ok working weekends and overtime

Job Description

• Preventive maintenance
• Assist forging operators during metal forging and forming operations
• Load and unload metal materials before and after forging process
• Handle hot and cold materials using proper tools and PPE
• Perform basic setup and teardown of forging equipment and dies
• Inspect forged parts for visible defects and report issues to operators or supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the forge area
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and heat related protocols
• Support preventative maintenance activities as directed
• Perform other production or shop duties as assigned

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irwindale, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
