Salary: $25-$30 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable, skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Mechanic. The ideal candidate will have experience working on both on and off-road trucks, wheeled loaders, excavators and mobile crushing and screening equipment. If you are a self-starter with a strong mechanical background, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics & repairs of on road trucks, heavy equipment, crushers, screeners and stackers
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Travel to job sites and perform repairs independently
• Engine, drivetrain and hydraulic services (including greasing)
• Communicate with team members to diagnose machines and complete repairs
• Familiarity with technology and ability to complete necessary paperwork
• Ability to adapt and problem solve
  
• Willingness to work Saturdays and late hours as needed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Previous experience with heavy equipment and truck maintenance
• Ability to work in and around crushing machines indoors and outdoors (standing, bending, lifting)
• Valid driver's license
• Detail oriented
• Valid DOT physical card or willing and able to obtain one
• Class A CDL preferred
