The Group provides bespoke and customized liquidity solutions across the private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure asset classes. In January 2026, the strategy announced a fundraise of ~$7.1 billion of capital to invest in predominantly senior secured credit portfolios.We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Credit Secondaries team as a Senior Associate / Vice President in our New York office. This role would primarily engaged in transaction management and leadership, business development, investment decision making and portfolio management.**Responsibilities include:*** Assisting in the fundamental due diligence and analytical effort during the investment process.* Leading transaction teams throughout the entire transaction process, including managing and reviewing the work of junior team members.* Developing and demonstrating an ability to consistently represent the firm in the global investment community including representing the firm outside of the office at marketing meetings, diligence sessions, investor meetings, conferences, and other events.* Developing a network of contacts in the credit secondaries industry through deal negotiations, due diligence activities and attendance at industry conferences and other networking events.* Due diligence activities, including: + Qualitative and quantitative asset level credit analysis including data synthesis and trend summaries + Modeling complex LP and GP-led transactions + Analyzing and overlaying macro level trends to diligence diversified credit portfolios + Organizing all due diligence materials and developing the investment thesis + Guiding and reviewing junior team members’ due diligence activities + Leading diligence sessions with third parties including brokers, LPs, and GP managers + Overseeing the development of internal investment committee materials* Communicating investment recommendations and supporting facts to the investment team and/or investment committee.* Managing the closing process, including the preparation and confirmation of legal documentation and other related materials.* Assisting in portfolio management and analytics on an ongoing basis once investments are made.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent required. Superior academic achievement at a top tier undergraduate program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.* 4+ years of relevant work experience; Secondary investment experience is preferred.* Sophisticated modeling and analytical capabilities.* Ability to reduce complex problems and models into key drivers. Ability to combine disparate datasets and assumptions.* Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and with senior and junior professionals.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a professional, polished demeanor.* Evidence of intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, and adaptability.* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to handle and thrive with increased independence and managerial responsibilities.**Reporting Relationships**Partner, Credit Secondaries**Compensation**The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.$180,000.00 - $200,000.00The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
