Embedded design role with BNY. Designers combine creativity with technical expertise to bring ideas to life through compelling design. They are fluent in visual storytelling, transforming concepts into impactful work. Collaborating with client stakeholders and creative teams, they deliver innovative designs while adhering to deadlines and brand standards. Responsibilities: Design for various platforms, focusing on digital Collaboratively establish the creative strategy for projects Establish design directions and lead others in doing the same Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality design work Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality Understand and work within project parameters: goals and requirements, user experience, technical constraints, as well as budget and schedule Maintain brand consistency across all projects while adapting to business needs Present design concepts and clearly articulate design choices to stakeholders Stay current with design trends and tools to enhance creative output Requirements: 2+ years of relevant design experience Financial, tech or B2B background preferred but not required Experience in the latest versions of design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of motion and Figma, AI-forward mindset Portfolio that represents a range of design styles, diversity of projects Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with multiple priorities Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required Hybrid working environment. 4x days per week required on site; 1x work from home day Design brand activations across a magnitude of expressions (events, ads, print, etc) This is a hands-on role. (Thinks of and get things done) This is key: Act as a hands-on designer who reliably delivers what is requested with precision but always look for the "hidden" solution: the unexpected design path that solves the problem better.
