Salary: $35-$37/hr DOE

The Training Facilitator at McCody will primarily focus on delivery, engagement, and learner success, with some support of existing instructional materials as needed.

Duties:

• Assess Needs: Interview managers and staff to identify knowledge gaps and determine specific organizational training requirements
• Designing Programs: Create or customize and research training materials, activities, and visual aids tailored to diverse learning styles
• Guiding Sessions: Lead job simulations, role-play, and having open discussions to ensure every participant is engage and heard
• Evaluate Effectiveness: Measure learning outcomes through participant feedback, assessments, and follow-up evaluations to continuously refine the curriculum

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required

• Background in Education, Human Resources, or adult training and development

Experience/Skills:

• Adult Learning Principals: Possess a deep understanding of how adults process information and shift existing mental loads
• Analytical mindset to understand learner needs and follow structured training flows
• Possess a high emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to maintain psychological safety in the room
• Adaptability: The agility to adjust agendas in real time based on group energy and understanding
• Comfortable facilitating training for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency
• Action-oriented and capable of balancing multiple training activities and priorities
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize while keeping projects on track
• Maintain an approachable, open, and collaborative demeanor with team members while remaining neutral
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  
• Effective at navigating ambiguity and moving forward even when all details are not finalized
  
• Valid class D drivers license with a 3 year clean driving record for insurance purposes

Perk Qualifications (not required):

• Basic construction knowledge
• Valid class A or B commercial drivers license with a 3 year clean driving record for insurance purposes

Compensation:

• Pay DOE, Potential $35.00-$37.00/hr starting
