What you'll do STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Utilizing a knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policies and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer. RESPONSIBILITIES & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ensure all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly Work with your team to help meet service goals Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant Operate cash registers according to cash policies and procedures Take orders from customers Provide quality service to all customers Cross train in different stations Standing for at least four hours Repetitive bending and stooping as necessary What you can expect AS A CREW MEMBER YOU’LL ENJOY Meal discounts An excellent support network and promotion from within Training, support and tools needed to reach your goals What we expect from you QUALIFICATIONS Must be 16 or older Authorized to work in the United States Ability to take direction and work well with others Positive customer-oriented attitude This job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees.
