How you'll make an impact

About You

Here is what you will bring to the role:

* A bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience

* A Property and Casualty Insurance License

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* The ability to build professional relationships with internal and external partners

* A resilient and adaptable mindset to handle shifting priorities

* A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work with teams across Gallagher

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
