The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!/ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliClear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders, both internally and externally/liliDaily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress/liliCreate preliminary estimate using estimating software/liliBuild relationships with insurance company representatives maintain familiarity with insurance carrier specifications and preferences/liliReview and validate job site documentation, working closely with Project Managers to ensure accuracy completeness/liliCollaborate with office team to build efficient schedules of work and communicate to team accordingly/liliCollaborate and assist with other departments, as needed/li/ulpPosition Requirements:/pulliHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)/liliAt least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience/liliAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientated/liliMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/liliOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and overall professionalism/liliAbility to calmly manage stressful and/or very busy situations with multiple competing priorities/liliExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail/liliAbility to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time/liliSelf-motivated and goal-oriented/liliAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software/li/ulpSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:/ppThis is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
