Automation Analyst (Nashville)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Automation Analyst to support our Automation Center of Excellence (COE). This senior-level consultant will lead enterprise automation initiatives, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and drive process improvements through innovative automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver enterprise automation projects.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation workflows and scripts.
• Establish automation standards, best practices, and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and measure the value and performance of automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert in automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Development, or Business/Systems Analysis.
• Strong experience with automation design, scripting, process improvement, and SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of GitHub/version control, requirements gathering, documentation, and production support.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, AIOps, or Data Science.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, process optimization, and enterprise architecture.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
