Nurse Manager

CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Nurse Manager on the west side of Syracuse to manage the nursing and clinical operations of a Family Medicine and Specialty practice. The staff will include a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical Office Assistants working a Monday-Friday, day shift.


Responsibilities include:

• Oversight of purchasing and inventory for the provider groups
• Development and monitoring of staff
• Scheduling
• Hiring
• Monitoring clinical quality metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing and licensed as an RN in NYS
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required. Prior management experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills
• Primary Care or other Practice operations experience preferred
