Family Medicine Physician Position

We are seeking to expand our team by adding a Family Medicine Physician at a federally qualified health center located just 30 minutes west of Boston, MA. Our organization operates three medical facilities, two dental clinics, and six school-based centers, collectively serving over 26,000 patients.

Position Highlights

• 32 hours dedicated to clinical duties and 8 hours for administrative tasks.

• No office hours required on weekends.

• Average patient load of 10-12 per session.

• Minimal on-call responsibilities, either one weekend per month or two weeknights.

• Recognized as a patient-centered medical home by the NCQA.

• Utilization of NextGen EMR for patient management.

• Our patient demographic is rich in ethnic, cultural, and racial diversity.

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous but not mandatory, as interpreter services are available.

• Attractive compensation package, including annual incentives, a signing bonus of up to $5,000, and $30,000 for loan repayment.
