Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating new residents move in's to the community. The move in coordinator seeks and/or receives inquires and documents information for potential residents to move in.

Responsibilities

• Seek and/or receive inquires and documents for potential residents 
• Coordinates all communication between departments for new move in
• Documentation of all move in's and move out's each month
• Responsible for marketing efforts in the community including sales calls, tours, sales tasks and community events

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in the health care field, sales or customer service, preferably in a senior living setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective written and oral communication skills to communicate with health care professionals, potential residents, family members and the community in general.
