Our commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do. We are looking for a dedicated Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure top-tier service delivery. Job Summary: As the Service Manager, you will oversee daily service operations, manage and support technicians, ensure compliance with industry standards, and help drive performance and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience in pest control and a passion for team development and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire and train qualified service personnel. Maintain targeted staffing levels Supervise and support a team of pest, and mosquito technicians Monitor route performance and ensure timely, effective service delivery Conduct regular field audits, ride-alongs, and quality control checks Train, coach, and mentor service team members to meet performance goals Manage scheduling, routing, inventory, and equipment needs Create and conduct effective monthly training meetings using PowerPoint Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company safety standards Handle escalated customer issues and work to maintain high satisfaction levels Collaborate with sales, customer service, and ownership teams Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) Promote a positive team culture and uphold company values Assist with fleet management to include fuel usage and vehicle maintenance Work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed, open to close.
