Senior Partnership Manager DACH (d/f/m)

This role requires you to be in the office three days per week, with the option to be based in either Munich or Berlin. If you are located elsewhere in Germany, remote work is also possible. Partner Management at Personio is more than just building out our partner network—it is an integral part of our growth strategy! The Partnerships team develops our partner network across Europe, expanding its reach and depth to generate business for Personio, complement our product offering with partner services, and strengthen our brand through long‑term relationships. As (Senior) Partnership Manager (DACH), you’ll own a small portfolio of 2–3 strategically important partners and grow these relationships end-to-end: from strategy and stakeholder alignment to activation, joint go-to-market, and measurable commercial results. This is a quota‑carrying role with high visibility and close collaboration with our DACH Sales and Marketing teams. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do Strategic portfolio ownership: Manage and grow 2–3 key partners across DACH, driving commercial outcomes and long‑term value. Outward‑facing partner leadership: Represent the company externally as a trusted partner contact—leading executive conversations, shaping narratives, and ensuring a strong presence in the DACH ecosystem. Senior stakeholder management: Build relationships from scratch, align executive stakeholders, and establish a clear operating rhythm. Joint business planning: Create and execute partner plans to ensure fast activation and sustainable growth. Partner activation: Launch and scale partner motions with clear onboarding, enablement, and an execution cadence that drives measurable results. Cross‑functional leadership: Work closely with DACH Sales & Marketing to improve collaboration, handoffs, and partner performance. Performance optimization: Track results, learn fast, and continuously optimize activities based on data and impact. Role Requirements: What you need to succeed Relevant experience: 5+ years in partner management/strategic alliances/channel, ideally in B2B SaaS. Strategic partnership skills: Proven success building and scaling partnerships with complex stakeholder environments, including C‑level relationships. Senior communication & presence: Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal instincts, and the ability to influence, build trust, and navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and diplomacy. Commercial impact: Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partner‑led motions. Operational excellence: Experience designing and improving partner motions (activation, enablement, lead flow, joint planning), ideally in DACH. Execution strength: Excellent project management; comfortable running multiple initiatives in parallel and delivering reliably. Language & mobility: Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel regularly within DACH. Why Personio?
