Job Summary: Milton Freewater Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently taking applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician. We utilize Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to handle all medication passes, allowing our nurses to focus on resident care, assessments, and clinical leadership. Premium Opportunity:

We're especially seeking a NOC LPN to join our team and enjoy premium pay for night shift coverage. Essential Functions:
- Supervises nursing care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
- Maintains standards of professional nursing practice
- Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Required: Current licensure in the state of employment.
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
