Director of Operations

The Director, Operations provides daily leadership and oversight for a high‑volume, time‑critical direct print and mail production environment. 10- 15 years of operations or plant management experience in digital print, direct mail, fulfillment, or related manufacturing environments. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent directly related work experience. Strong people leadership experience with the ability to build morale, drive consensus, and motivate teams toward shared goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners. Strategic planning capability, including evaluating, developing, and implementing new operational strategies and procedures. Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to set realistic expectations and deliver on commitments. Advanced problem‑solving skills, including the ability to anticipate issues, analyze data, evaluate options, and implement solutions. Strong planning, organization, delegation, and supplier‑management skills.
