Physical Therapist (PT) - Sioux Falls, SD

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT ) to join our Outpatient Therapy team at Legends on Lake Lorraine in Sioux Falls, SD.

This role focuses on evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting while helping expand access to therapy services within the community. The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient assessments, care plan development, and implementation of treatment programs designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, pain management, and overall functional independence.

As part of Blue Stone Therapy's growing outpatient services program, this position offers the opportunity to build strong patient relationships, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, and contribute to the continued growth of rehabilitation services in the communities we serve.

This position is eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus!

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on mobility, balance, strength, pain management, and functional independence
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and referral partners
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
• Participate in program growth and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences while supporting long-term quality outcomes

Requirements

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
