Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for targeted universities
• Organize and attend career fairs, hackathons, and trading competitions
• Manage the full cycle of the intern and new grad interview process
• Build relationships with professors and student organizations

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in campus recruiting for tech/finance
• Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
• Passion for finding and nurturing exceptional talent
