We're looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with Romi and Fanuc control experience to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team on night shift. Shift: Monday - Thursday 4P - 4:30A + Voluntary OT Friday!
Responsibilities
Set up and operate Romi CNC lathes with Fanuc controls for production runs.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and in-process adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with required tolerances.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine, tooling, and process issues.
Monitor machine performance and production output to maintain quality standards.
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience operating and setting up CNC lathes in a production machining environment.
Previous Romi lathe experience is required.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
Experience machining aerospace components or working in a tight-tolerance manufacturing environment.
Proficient with precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently after training.
