What You'll Do

• Provide specialized critical care nursing to a 20-bed unit
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow facility protocols, policies, and dress code (personal scrubs of any color)
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety and care during night shifts

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• At least 1 year of critical care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to unit protocols
• Preferred:
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
