Warehouse Clerk

Johnson Service Group is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for one of our clients in the Chicago area. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, and RMA processing. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, organize, and process incoming shipments Maintain accurate inventory using RF/scan guns and ERP systems Prepare, weigh, label, and process outbound shipments Process RMAs, returns, damages, and shortages Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse Coordinate with Inventory, Purchasing, and Project teams Maintain shipping supplies and warehouse records Make deliveries to job sites as needed Ensure accurate documentation and timely shipment processing Qualifications High school diploma/GED 1+ year warehouse experience preferred Inventory control experience required Forklift experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn ERP systems Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and USPS regulations Valid driver’s license and good driving record Ability to lift 40+ lbs. and work in hot/humid environments Professional communication and strong attention to detail Contract to hire $22-24/hr.
